How is this different from other real estate content memberships?

We are not a content membership, we are a marketing membership. The difference? Our goal is NOT to create as much content as possible for our members, but it’s to teach our members how to implement a marketing strategy that brings each piece of content they share to life. Our marketing plan, strategies, and trainings set us apart from every other membership out there, and many of our members who have been in other memberships in the past have told us there’s a major difference.

How soon can I see results in my business?

We find it’s the agents who dive in and take action tend to see results the soonest. We’ve had agents get clients directly from Instagram as soon as two weeks after using our content and implementing our strategies, and others take a couple of months, depending on what they’re sharing and how they’re showing up. We remind members that the point of this membership isn’t to get cold leads from Instagram (although that happens a lot!) - the point is to stay top of mind in your community and in your sphere so that people remember you when their friend is looking to buy or sell!

What if other agents in my community are also in Modern Agent Social Club?

We have several members who live in the same communities, and their content doesn’t look the same. Why? Because we teach members how to make the content their own. We teach you how to put your own spin on each piece of content so that you can truly stand out in your community, even among other Modern Agent members.

Why is this a 12 month commitment? 

This is not a content factory membership where social media becomes a slot machine for you to throw content up and hope something comes out of it. This is the go-to personal branding platform for modern real estate agents who want their name to be the one people think of first. We teach you how to show up in a way that sticks and makes you the go to agent for everyone you know (resulting in 10x the referrals). You can't build a personal brand in 30 days. This isn't a membership, it's a commitment.

How “tech savvy” do I need to be to use this membership?

Members who have an understanding of how to use Instagram, Canva (where most of our content can be edited), and Flodesk (or your preferred email provider) will find our content to be simple to use and customize.
